Yes, it is. Why do you ask? I have the rights to the site, and I am allowed to sell it. Is that what you are concerned about? It's just like selling any other site. If you state that you will not sell that content again, then you don't. Yes there are other sites like it, but it doesn't take much to make it truly unique and set apart from the competition.

Oh no reason, I just wondered why you made a point of saying that you will never sell the site or content again, when hundreds of other people already have the exact same site and have done for quite sometime now, that's all.

 

Like I said, I was a member of NichePal, and I have every right to sell my site. And as I posted before, I will not sell the site again. I follow the rules just like everyone else here at DP.

The fact that there are other sites like it (I seriously doubt that there are hundreds) doesn't diminish it's value. If you know SEO and how adsense works, you can get your site to rank higher and faster.

I have 3 sites from NichePal that I have spent time on and will NOT sell. They all rank at a PR 3 and they make me around $10 to $25 dollars a day.
