    Hello everyone!

I recently got a link from recoverymonth.gov here:

    http://www.recoverymonth.gov/Voices-for-Recovery/Stories/Daniel-Callahan.aspx

I am wondering if this is going to pass value? I see <a class="actionLink" title="Last Resort Panama" href="http://www.thelastresortpa.com/" target="_blank">www.TheLastResortPa.com</a>

Obviously it does not say "nofollow" but if you follow the link on the site, it brings you to another page, where you have to check that you are aware you are leaving the site.

Anyone have any 100% answers on this? If not I might have to wait a few weeks and check my backlinks.....

    Thanks for any help!

First of all, congratulations in getting a link from .gov site.

Yes, it is 100% dofollow link.

All you need to do is monitor this page's PR on next PR update probably by September 09.
