    Was a running proxy site then it went down for 2 weeks ie no site at all So I parked it, and its still drawing in the same + ammount of traffic a day

    Im placing BIN at $750

    You pay half the fees so thats $765 for the BIN price

    I disagree. 12 is not standard. Standard is 10 - the 10 last months - to see solid regular income...
    Regularity is key. $40 in april maybe $15 in may...for any reason.
