Actually its fine to have adbrite and adsense ads on the same page. Adbrite is not considered contextual.

You do know that Adsense has, like, a million publishers (or thereabouts) and they can't go around checking everyone's page for TOS violations? That's why they didn't "just realize" that you had 4 ads. Someone probably reported you. Google makes it very easy to report a violator, and they took action.

But anyways, congrats on getting on their good side again. Now stand straight and fly right, young man! :D

One thing to watch is that you have a google ad block in a box with the header "Paid Advertisment".

TOS states that you can only use

    Sponsored Links or
    Advertisments

As there is just one additional word I don't know if it would be considered serious but it might be better safe than sorry and remove the word "paid"

Jack I agree with you about adbrite as I have checked and double checked this before with Google.

However, your statement above MIGHT (not necessarily) be a little misleading. TOS states

"We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services"

They don't actually have to be contextual to breach TOS

The moral of the tale is that if in doubt its always better to check.
