Hey, I'm new to this forums, came accros noticing alot information regarding e-gold and other digital payment services. Would like to fund my e-Gold account, the only problem i came accros was that it's harder to do then it seems like. First i came accros a site, offering you to buy eGold using your creditcard, couple-of days later i noticed they took money but they did never send the gold. Turned out this was a scam, and unfortainly i didn't found any other services handling creditcard's. My seccond problem is paypal, i do have a account, verified even, but all exchange services for above the ~500 GBP require you to wait almost a month. Since these are almost all russian based and i already came the victim of fraudulent services i would like to have some 'direct exchange'. Last but not least i'm capable to do a wire transfer too. My only problem is that for my UK bank account (barclays) i can only do transfers to banks in the UK. I hope somebody got a good advice for me, since for me eGold ain't as easy as it's supposed to be. Thanks for reading, and with kind regards, derlord.
I do not have 'funds' in my paypal, but i got a verified account so i can use my linked credit card. Thats why i mentioned that i'm capable of doing UK wire transfers too.
If you are in UK , you can use this site: http://www.londongoldexchange.com Few friends of mine used it and it works great for them. Very reliable for UK people.
Yeah used to use that indeed. Only they had twice a slight delay so made me look on for other perhaps better services. Figured out that a paypal <> e-gold exchange service is rarely, and thus far i couldn't come across any other e-gold selling services that are reliable and have a bank in the UK. Still thanks for the answer tho.
The problem is Trust Paypal Charge back is totally untrustable If u want to tranfer then u have to hold for 3 days... Now that is a Long..time
Well, a 3 day waiting time is acceptable. Most sites i came accros where talking about 50 dollar and a waiting time of 21 days (??). Not sure if you've any link to this service?
