We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    - Domain ownership not evident
    Further detail:
Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your
ownership of the site you've submitted. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Access the source code of www.****.org.
    2. Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my
ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program
    policies and Terms and Conditions."
    3. Resubmit the application as described below after replacing
www.****.org in the 'Website URL' with the URL of the page
where you have pasted the snippet.

I just want to know whether I should create a new page in my CMS or I have to create a new blank HTML file with the above snippet and upload this file on my webserver.

either way will be fine. they are just trying to make sure its your site so a new cms page/blogpost or a new static page would serve the same purpose

Thanks for quick reply M8. Then I will go for a new CMS page as it is much easier for me than creating static HTML page.

Once adjudicated you will be able to remove; in the interim, put a robots.txt exclusion for the page or if your CMS is running an SEO plugin, you may be able to do it within that.

    Good luck and safe surfing!

The best way is to use select html file method. download the file, upload it in the root directory and thats it.

if you are using blogspot, you will have to edit the template header.
