It mentioned "Clintons to face fraud trial"

While Hillary Clinton battles Barack Obama on the campaign trail, a judge in Los Angeles is quietly preparing to set a trial date in a $17 million fraud suit that aims to expose an alleged culture of widespread corruption by the Clintons and the Democratic Party.
    ---

It looks like Barack Obama will be the next president considering Hillary's weakness and McCain's liabilities.

I beg to differ. You are getting the news from her rival's web site. Is there any other independent source to verify this?

Very interesting, I find it hard to believe Clinton will be able to win with the popular vote, now when it comes to the convention and the super delegates who knows. I hope they decide to give the popular vote their victor! I can't wait for the CNN debate tonight, I really hope they both preform well, I'd hate to see either or bomb out and make it a lame duck show.

    Clinton fraud trial

    Here's another source.

I don't think this is a good look at such a critical point.

    Time will tell.

Yeah, I can't hardly believe anything that a extremely bias website says. I do think that Obama stands the best chance at this point of being our next President. We will see though.

Looks like even without the court case, he stands a very strong chance he rolled past 10 states!
