Got some traffic now what? Ideas to montize these sites?

I have a few sites, some are getting about 700 visits a month, but no revenue.
Any ideas how best I could monetize. I have some adsense and a few affiliate links but they are doing nothing much.

Had thought of some CPA with a pop up, but not sure how to do that.

Both sites are getting sign ups daily to submit articles and comments.
They are articlewave.info and karatevideo.info, if you would take a look and give me some advice.

Thanks for reading this much appreciated.

How long have you had the site? 700 people a month isn't much. I JUST started my site and already at 588 people a day. Get more people, quality and quantity of traffic.

Beware with CPA. I think it does more damage than good as people will just think your website is cheap if you demand them filling out surveys in order to see your content.

Both of your sites are loading really slow. Not sure if that's just a temporary thing with your server?

Anyway, the articles one seems like adsense would be best or maybe Kontera.

The karate one, could you monetize with Karate affiliate products? Magazines, videos?

You can sell your own eBooks on each site for maximum profit. But I wouldn't sell the ebooks direct off the front page. I would create a Ar mini series and have people sign up to get the free information. Then i would pre-sell the ebook in the emails you send out. An AR series could be something like 5-ways to profit from article marketing" etc. Then seel the ebook as a complete mini course for the subject
