Got Scammed While Exchanging Money On PayPal

    Hello, I got scammed while exchanging money on PayPal. I made deal with someone that I will send money to him on PayPal and he will send me same amount money on other service but after I sent payment, he never replied me and never send money. Is it against laws? I chose family and friend on PayPal. So is it againts laws of cyber things or anything else?

    Probably not against the law but good luck getting your money back if the other party was neither "friend" nor "family".
    We used to allow this kind of thing on this forum and while some exchanges were fine so many resulted in fraud that we had to stop listing them here. A shame you got caught, hopefully you won't be so naive in the future.
