Got scammed over here..

    hey guys, 4 months ago i payed to a registered user here ( ReformedSinner ) 75$ , he said that he will get me top 5 for 200$ in 3 months, if if not money goes back.. i payed him 75$ as a start.. my ranking got worse.. now im trying to contact him to get my money back.. he is not replaying..
    he is still an active user here, so what can i do??

    If you paid by paypal and have all the communications between you and the other guy they might help you. Then might not depends on the small details but worth a go maybe.

    It's $75... I would chalk it up as a lesson learned as trying to pursue it will probably be a huge waste of time. Sure, I would do the obvious like file a paypal complaint, give negative feeback on here, find other forums where this person posts and notify their members, along with signing up his email address to all sorts of fun spammy subscriptions, but beyond that you are at a loss as nobody is going to help you to get $75 back.

    thanks guys.. i learned my lesson.
    my advice is for large upfront payment..
    take some personal details including phone number and give the guy a call.
