dude...just go to his adsense....click his ads like 400 times..he will get banned for click fraud, then go to his host file a cease and desist for his hosting account, if they ignore, tell them you will press charges, if they still ignore, post a really realy bad review about them on webhostingtalk.com

    Job sorted.

I never scammed anyone in my whole life. When I am the seller who write articles, I always ask for advanced payments because it's on order basis. I always give my reports to them once they pay me in advance or upfront. Even on my teammates who have delivered articles to me, I always pay them. But in your case, it's a lesson like no other that we should not take the risk of accepting the job that pays after completion.

Few days ago, I was offered a 1 month contract on link building for $100, but he will pay me on Dec. 30th. I declined it immediately because I know it's too risky, even if your iTrader is perfect and trusted. From now on, don't work until they pay you in advance or upfront. If someone offered you like that, just keep an eye on him and if he scammed you, report it on Google and his web hosting immediately.

its always good to first send extracts, and maybe get paid for first 5 before sending him more. And Check the itrader. click on it to see reviews. If he has some history of scams or no reviews at all then its better to be very careful. If you ask me thee is no way to legally handle the situation as any step would require you to spend more than you lost
