So basically somebody bought services from me in the amount of 200 dollars but 2 months down the line paypal contacted me and said that the buyer used a stolen cc. So instead of charging him they put the balance on me. Now my account is limited and i didnt even do anything wrong. What you are talking about? You think that you can save your limited paypal account by giving out some offers?
I cannot see how getting more money will help with removing the limit on your account. I don't get it at all. Getting more money into a limited account is risky and foolish in my opinion. You cannot withdraw anything until paypal lifts the restriction.
