Got one Lead but no commission - ebay affiliate program

Hi,
I just started promoting ebay affiliate program on cj.
I got one leads but no commission earned. What's going on?
In attached the screenshot.

 

Don't they say they pay you like $0.00 per sign up at ebay.com? Maybe thats what it is?

 

Ebay should pay:

The eBay Affiliate Program: Earn cash by promoting eBay’s unmatched value and selection. You will be compensated for traffic you send to eBay.com in two distinct ways: earn between 40% and 65% of eBay's revenue (not item sale price) on ALL Winning Bids or Buy It Nows (BINs) within 7 days of an affiliate action AND up to $22.00 for each active registered user!

I also have leads without payments, but I believe the reason for that is that Ebay will pay you for ACTIVE Registered user, i.e. when he makes a bid or submit its own item it becomes active and you will earn $12. That is my opinion.

One more thing,
I wanted test my links and I bought an ebook on ebay.com through my affiliate link but I got no commission.
Any possible reason?

 

I made the test two days ago.

 

I got 314 clicks and no leads. Am I getting cheated?

 

i took about 3 days for one of my leads to actually show as a sale.

 

ebay has a very decent help forum, the support guys there are very helpful

 

Let's clear a couple things up here...

eBay pays you for ACTIVE members signups. This means that you need to have 2 Leads per person in order to convert one Lead to a commission. The first lead is saying they signed up, the second, often times a couple minutes later- is the activating BIN (Buy it Now), or BID.

314 Clicks... you aren't getting cheated, send more traffic.

 

Ok, this is what I got. 248 impressions, 449 clicks, 181% CTR, 4 sales, 0 leads and .55 cents based off of sale commission ONLY. (No Lead Commissions) If I got the sales commission then wouldn't I get the lead commission as well?

 

No, because the person who purchased wasn't the same as the four different people who signed up.

 

I don't understand. OK, If you signed up for ebay from your and made a purchase from your house using the ebay account that you just recently signed up for. Why would I (the publisher) not get the lead and the sale? I don't see how the person who signed up would be different from the person who made the purchase.
