    Have you earned more than 100$ ? What did you choose to deliver your cheques? Normal Or express. If express you should receive it by now. Contact with the Adsense Support. But if you asked for normal delivery than wait sometime you will get it. Never missed a Nomal delivery from Google yet. They are good in payment processing.
