CONFIRMED: This mail is from Google Adsense Team, and I got this 3 days before and participated and given comments. Dont worry!!! You are safe... Now the problem is you can't login to your account. Ok, here is the step you have to do: 1. Go to http://www.google.com/intl/en/ads/ or go to google.com and click the Advertising Programs in the left bottom. 2. Give your email address and password. 3. If you can log in, you are ok. If not; 4. Click on 'I can't access my account' link just down in the login box. 5. Fill the details. 6. You will get your new password, or a password reset link. Post here improvements.

I've never received any email from the Adsense team. If the address is correct i guess they must be conducting yet another case study, who knows.
Well, few days ago I had sent a mail to the adsense support team and surprisingly got an instant reply which was quite satisfactory and the email you received, the survey thing, I got it a day later. That isn't any fraudulent mail, I think they just want some feedback from the publishers.
Don't ever click on a link in your email, if you want to visit a site, copy/paste the link into your browser. That way you can see the true URL and won't launch any viruses on your computer.
The email can be faked but the url can't be. If it is a link right click on it and click properties, then copy and paste the address it goes to here and we can tell you if it is fake.
