got limited paypal - questions

i got 400$+ at my paypal and i got limited access..

how can i remove that ? any ideas ?


question no.1 : what paymaent Processer is best to use as second after paypal ?

question no.2 : can i make new paypal after one got limited ? how?

 

what is the restriction paypal has imposed on you while making your account limited...??

 

cant send / get money
cant withdraw money
cant cancel money

i need to send utility documents with i cant to remove it.. any other way to remove ?

 

Then why dont you sent the utility documents just as your bank statements and ID proof just scan and upload it... and paypal will remove this limitation...

Well, you can't even signed up if you are under 18 as you are already breaching your contractual agreement with Paypal and they can limit your account indefinitely just for that. Perhaps that is why your account got limited.

Apologize to Paypal and just take it as a learning experience never to provide fake information or to lie because it will not do you a whole lot of good but just hardship in the future.

 

Same stuff happened to me, I got my account limited, and they asked for about 8 documents, which is out of reach due to my age, and well I am screwed .

 

You need to be 18 years old and above to sign up for a Paypal account. I am sure you know that and if you ignore that fact, you would be screwed because of your action. Next time read the contracts and only if you can agree and comply with them before you sign up.

Take it as a learning experience.

Send your Dads telephone bills along with ur ID card of school/college that has same address if he has the same surname as you.

It does not mean you can use it if you do not meet the requirements for signing up for an account. Ignoring a wrong does not make it right.

 

Well, you can use Liberty Reserve for sure...But all of them require their customers to be 18+

 

do you have a driver lic.? or any ID card of college? scan it and send to paypal and wait... i think college ID card might help you remove the limits... but if that dont work then only driver lic. can remove the limits... beacuse they will need a photo ID proof along with other documents....

 

I dont think there is a payment proccessor in the world that would like to deal with people that dont have 18 years. And i higly doubt that you will be able to remove your limition.

You can get a bank account if you are 13+, in India. Get 1 and send the bank passbook photocopy as proof.

Btw, if you are underage, why did you not open the paypal account in your dad/mom's name and use it to do biz? It would have saved you a lot of trouble.

 

i am from israel.. need to be 18+ for bank account..

my father doesnt trust paypal..

 

in india age dont matter to have a bank account... but dont you have any photo ID proof? like college ID card or anything where you have your photo in it along with name and address that match the PayPal info of your acount...

 

It doesnt matter. He is underaged and there is now way to fix that in a hurry.
