    Infractions are not forever. They are meant to expire in sometime. And the good thing is that it is not a big infraction that had banned you. It might have added some infraction points but as the time will pass on the infraction will also expire.

    Nothing to worry about. :)

    This is the problem with "name and shame" threads. People often jump the gun and don't give a proper amount of time to work things out, post a "insertnamehere is a SCAMMER!" thread and a day or so later they're begging the mods to delete the thread because insertnamehere wasn't really a scammer, they were just being impatient. As mentioned before, iTrader is how you should handle a negative buy/sell/trade situation. :)
