My guess - all these are wordpress based, the design attribution is to the creator of the free theme, not the person / organization who set up the site. But that's a good point - maybe you should include a link back to your site, in addition to the theme design attribution... Also sending you a PM regarding a potential project...
exactly, i install sites and let you choose from thousands of free designs, that we both then customize to your needs. i offer sites on WordPress (the best solution!) or Joomla (also a good one). in other words - i shall save you time and nerves by doing stuff you'd never do
