    It is a decent domain. SEO is always a good market. But, you want to be the SEO KING, or SEO Master or SEO expert... SEO Facts is a good keyword set for a domain. SEO OPINIONS... You could set up a blog or forum and maybe even a chat roomm and get some traffic, with developments, but it isn't what I consider a true premium domain name. Without development, I would say 20-30usd. Good luck and best wishes.
