So I got a email from paypal that the owner of the claim closed the claim. But the claim is still open :S How can I fix this? Do I have to wait?
If paypal has sent email that buyer/seller has closed the case, he has probably done it from his side. You can wait for claim to be closed from paypal's side. Also verify that the email is not sppoof
Paypal takes a bit of time in reviewing the case closure request... and so it occurs with a bit of delay. You should have the patience to wait out a bit more without getting anxious! I am happy things fell in place for you... finally! Regards, RightMan
may b they have closed auto hold case , now unauthorise case frm buyer is open. this is the way they deal unauthorise payment case
