Got Effective Article Submission Tips?

So I have been submitting my articles to the major article directories, I think I have a pretty good tactic, but I still haven't seen any traffic from it. Is article submission the way to go, or have you guys found something else out to generate traffic?

 

Article marketing is still a very effective way of getting traffic. The same rules apply to writing articles that you submit to directories; as they would to writing content for your site. What you need to relies is submitting to directories, or video sharing site, or what every, are extensions of your main site. (If you have a main site) Keyword research and quality content counts.

 

Well Article submission is good for SEO as well as traffic, But you have to submit in good article directories, that's important.

And unique article submission will help a lot. If you want to get more traffic than seo, try press release submissions.

I agree that Press Release is good to have traffic in your site. I have tried it.

 

Article submission is not for direct traffic. Actually you will get traffic from Search Engine, So You have to submit articles to rank well in SERPs.

 

Even though you have submitted articles to many of directories, but the factor to control number of traffic still depend on other factor such as quality of the article itself; does it good enough to draw reader's attention to your site as well as how is the quality of back link you get from submitting to those directories.
