    Hearing mixed things about being paid/not being paid. Maybe it's on a case by case basis.
    I was due to start getting paid Feb. 5, so my earnings were displayed in my adsense acccount, didn't receive a check yet.

    At the middle of may I got my adsense banned. I had a lot of money in there. One day before I had in my account: next payment- about 4k euros and "this month untill now" another 2k . I made an appeal to get my account back but got rejected. What can I do to ask for the money (don't want the adsense account back anymore, only that 4k that I was about to receive)

    I had a file hosting website and they banned me for copyright, but without any notice and without sending me the link(s) of the copyright(ed) file(s).

    If you have any suggestion, I am happy to read!

    You won't recive that payment.
    If they banned, they had a reason, they won't pay you. Read Google Adsense TOS :)

    i have been banned 4 times :D but never got the check.. well if this would have happened to me i would have got more than 1K BACK :d..
