Google Is the god in advertising world currently and unless a better competitor comes out we will have to bear with this. Sorry to know about you. Try bidvertiser or may be Adbrite is a good option.

Which of your sites had the adsense?

The "Personal ID Generator" page in your profile?

What is the "Personal ID Generator"? I don't understand.

There is nothing that you can do. This is end for you with Google Adsense. But everything isn't lost. Try Yahoo Publisher, AdBrite, AdEngage, etc...

Of course he can do something, it will take patience and determination but there is a possibility. I got my account back some time ago after 2 weeks of sending appeals to Adsense. The Adsense team gave me back my account AND the money. Like I said, it took me TWO weeks but got it back and had no problems since then. So I suggest you BNix to go through my posts (the ones that I started) where I explain my whole ordeal and provide tips as well. Good luck!

Depending on your site, focus on finding advertisers for your genre. At least this way you are not at the hands of Google or any other company.

Your webpage at http://www.battlenix.com/id/ which is listed in your profile here at DP has me confused.

Is this illegal? Or can it be used illegally?

This quote really struck me as odd...

welcome to the world of misery...i am a victim of 'invalid click activity' but i have decided to say bye bye Google adsense after my appeal was never reviewed.
Actually, there are many other publisher ad networks out there..join them and make money....its no use clinging to Google since they wont listen anyway...Sorry dude

Publishers love google adsense but the reality is that it sucks too,i have heard stories like this from a lot of people before and also experienced it by my self.I had a adsense account with $210 balance and they disable it for nothing .I appeal to them but got no positive response. You should use bidtraffic it is the best adsense alternative so far with a way more high paying keywords than adsense.

What piss me off is that google doesn't even explain the problem in details... therefore other people might repeat the same mistake over and over again withtout knowing (who is going to read all the fine prints and even if you read, without detail examples it's hard to understand).

Well, another question: with that much traffic, isn't is better to use affiliate programm on your site, won't you earn more than pay per click ad?

    Cheers

google has banned me too a month back. appealing to them takes time with very dismal result most of the time. Since the reason they gave is click fraud then your chances of restoring your adsense account decreases even more. dont wait for it for too long. opt for adbrite or kontera. they pay very less but are your best bet at the moment. could you PM your sites url

The worst part about it is jealous compeitors in your niche can easily cause this to happen to you. I remember reading something last year about how much this was going on. What they do is find proxy addresses openly posted on the net that google has crawled and use these proxies to click like mad on your adsense. Keep swapping proxies for a couple days and then google flags the account and bans it, and with how stubborn they are and that they have no way to prevent this they decide that it is your fault. It's kind of sad how easy it is to get someone else's adense account banned and from the sounds of it google doesn't care who's fault it is.
