    Never trust who asks for appraisals when they get into contact to purchase your domain. Some of the appraisal companies trapping many people with this tactic. Be aware of this.....

    What I ment to say is: No appraisal can be a accurate as a sale on the open
    market, in spite of some anomalies. Offer $250 and how you can lose?
