    I get the same email each time I apply. It takes forever to get a response and then you get that email. I have a friend that applied with the same kid of site that I have with less traffic and he got approved in two days. I think it is hit and miss. I do not think they review all the sites they approve. I think it is just a thing where they will approve a few here and there, regardless.

    Right! Google is truly the big G coz it has not limited its services (well most of the services) to countries. I mean what could the adsense publishers in non-paypal countries do if they were not supposed to use it? relating that to paypal as they don't enjoy replying to emails with the subject "why paypal is not available in my country?"..

    They are accepting a limited amount of publishers before it's out of Beta. If your site follows the guidlines mentioned and you didn't get in, it could be that they have reached their limit until they're out of Beta.
