    It will not, so far as I am concerned. Google stopped recognizing directory listings / submissions sometimes ago but this doesn't mean they will begin discounting those sites already listed there.

    That being said, Dmoz is still a high PR directory that is highly respected by google - it will definitely help with SERP. Congrats.
