    You have to learn the terms in SEO and online marketing and ask appropriate question. As w2bmaster said try to use google search for all your question. Also you can type some keywords in the top right hand side search box for find some relevant threads for your answers in this forum itself. I would also advice you to go throughly in this forum which will make you learn as much as you want ;)

    If you just need to know what a basic link is in terms of websites, read this wikipedia article. Also, notice how that text is now green and underlined? That is link :)

    If you are asking how to get a signature link (like the one that is in the bottom of this post that says 'drink specials') All you need to do it click 'settings' on the very top right of the forum next to your name. Then, on the left menu there will be an option to 'edit signature'. I think you need to be a member for a set amount of time or have a certain number of posts before you can add a signature link.
