Its called site Links.

You need to have excellent internal links structure + build lots of relevant and quality back links.

 

Actually, it appears that it's less to do with links and more to do with traffic - higher traffic sites tend to get site links in the SERPS.

 

Yeah, and usually more links = more traffic.

 

How many backlinks and traffic I should build in order to get site links like that?

My Google Webmaster Tools shows my site with sitelinks. But I've never seen them show up in the SERPs.

 

you can just try to get your website better. if google likes your site, you will see your internal pages like that.

all you need is to have a functional website, with good content and rank #1 for that keyword for a long time, while the search term should be related to your site but not necessary competitive: even your domain name

 

It is done by Google for sites with good traffic.
