The hard part is to maintain the QS of 10/10... You need to ensure good CTR on your keywords... keep removing the keywords which do not get you the clicks...
Hopefully you are making some money out of your campaigns... otherwise the 10/10 QS may be a waste

First, give yourself a pat on the back. Feels good, doesn't it?

OK, now the moment's over. You may maintain this QS or you may not. Keep an eye on it. Still try to improve, as far as CTR is concerned as well as conversions. You may yet find one that is better. So don't rest on your laurels. Your competitors are trying to improve and this will affect your QS. As Satchel Paige used to say "don't look back, something might be gaining on you".

A quality score of 10 is excellent but conversion optimisation should also be a consideration.

You need to continually test AdText and Landing pages to maximise your conversions, if your Quality score drops but you increase conversions and reduce CPA then having a Quality score of 10 doesn't really matter.

I'd try A/B testing on your landing pages and sample alternative Adtext. These can be major changes like removing, adding or editing content or just subtle tweaks like changing the colour of a button, or changing the size or position of an image.

Continually testing like this and building upon the results will over time streamline your campaign and maximise conversions whilst minimizing CPA.
