So I needed a template that I could use for my site. I posted a thread on DP and I got a reply from someone who I agreed to make me a template. I paid the person and within 2 days, they sent me a preview of my template. However, as of last tuesday, this person has not been online (AIM) and hasn't replied to my emails. I found out last Tuesday, that something was up with the family so I don't know what that means. What should I do?
Wait for another 2-3 days and Still if doesnt come online or respond to you , then tell the mods your problem and also give him a negative iTrader so that next time onwards people will be careful dealing with such person
If he told you that he has some familly problems wait more things like this happens but if not show him to the community and bad itrade ..
well the person didn't tell me that they had family problems, their "loved one" did. but thanks for the advice.
wait for 2 more days if he wont reply you then contact with the mods and they will give him -ve i trader and we will giv him red ..
ok so I still havent heard anything from the person. Its been 2 weeks and the person hasnt replied to my email I sent them about a week ago and they havent been online. I dont have a phone number. At this point, I dont know what to do. Is there anyway to get my money back?
Like the other guy said - you can give him a bad iTrader, and a red rep point - and maybe contact one of the mods and let them know about it... maybe he needs to be banned.
