Got a problem, still in moderation queue after a month??

    My fren had created an account on dp almost a month ago, done the authentication link thing. He didnt do anything then but now when he login, he can't do anying. he is not allowed to Reply,create a new thead. So please can anyone shed some light on this

    Its been more than a month already, still the same message appears when he tries to post on DP.

    have your friend use the Contact Us link here at DP. they should use the email address they registered with.

    not that they will get an immediate response, but its pretty much all i can suggest.

    When your friend received the confirmation email, did he click on the link? If so, did he log in?

    I know he said that but it doesn't necessarily means he followed it and logged in.

    I tried that about an year ago. Sent the same message few times with few days span, but never got a reply.
