just recieved a pm from newbie to increase activity in his forum, he doesnt have any itrader. i was wondering should i report him, his post seemed ok has 50 posts and 1.24 average post per day
It is your personal call. I haven't seen that Pm, and won't comment. If he was polite, and the mail seemed to be normal ( not a standard spam letter sent to loads of people at once), I see no reason for wanting to report him.
