    Hi,

I send paypal an email with links to the threads in DP. I got an email back telling me that they will take action against him.

Sure, when you show them evidence they will act. They got to lose reputation if they don't check and act on it.

For this time I have only good experience with PP, so I'm confident that they will sort it out once and forever. This company/person may also lose their CCs.

Not so sure about that. I provided ample evidence and documentation in my response back to Paypal, and they didn't do anything but roll over. Although, it seems that we were lucky as we were not charged the $10 fee.

I still don't have any real qualms with paypal, as this is a CC chargeback and not really of their doing. If we used a regular merchant account, I believe the chargeback cost would have been higher, although we may have had a chance in fighting this. But I don't really know.
