    The most important thing you can do is start a site important to ypu. Instead of spending 4k on someone elses site, I would recomend spending 4k promoting an original site important to you.

    If all you have is 4k then Perhaps you should think about diversifying and getting 10 or so sites instead of one big purchase. This would increase your chances of getting better deals.
