Hi I made a simple site and released it today and i got 205 unique visitors on the first day, i am considering to sell the site, do you think that i should. The site is a "whats my ip" - site. I am strongly considering to sell it, and wan't to know i should?
I think you should keep the site and try to increase the traffic. Organic traffic will help you sell the site for good money. I think you should sell it after some time.
I think its to early to sell, your traffic could majorly increase depending on content, I think its better to wait and see and get a real feel of what the site is even worth.
As the site isn't that old you probally won't get that much for it. Best thing is to keep it for a month or maybe even two. Then you can prove there is a constant stream of visitors going to the site and this increases the value. Also where are your visits from? as genearlly from using normal methods that quite a good amount of visitors. Best of luck with the site
I had a site like that too it was called whatisyourip.net and I sold it for about $400 i had the site for about 2 months...So not a bad return
You need to diversity your traffic source and not to depend on to a few traffic source. How much you earn from this? Normally you need to let the site run for 3 month before you can sell it.
