The Orders Report shows items ordered, the day after the order is placed. The Earnings Report shows items shipped, the day after they are actually shipped. Some items ship the same day, but most ship later even if they are in stock. Pre-orders ship weeks or even months later. Furthermore, you will only get earnings if: 1. The credit card information was valid 2. The order was not cancelled (cancels are not reported in any manner) 3. The order was not placed by you, on your Amazon account, from your PC logon, or in any other manner such that Amazon considers the order made by you. You do not get earnings on your own orders. 4. The item is not one that gets no commission at all (currently, Kindle books are the main example). Kindle books will show in the earnings report, but with 0 earnings.
I have faced this kind of thing and found some explanations from Amazon that “the order was cancelled, cancels are not reported in any manner†Hope, they will ship your items and you will earn then.
I am not success with amazon.. but I think your earning will show when the ordered items ae shipped..
Yeah, it's true that only items shipped will be added commission, you can check your account a few days later.
I had this problem too and found the commissions were credited once the orders had been shipped a day or two later!
