I am selling this site because I bought is a few weeks back with the intent to grow the site with everything listed in the potentional section however i have other projects and my time is spread to thin at the time.

Description
The site sells a wide range of extreme sports equipment which is a niche market with huge potential for expansion. Drop shippers are used so no stock needs to be held and delivery is taken care of, information on the drop shippers is included in the sale.
The profit margin from the drop shippers is on average between 40-45% from site sales which is about 40% of sales
The profit margin from the drop shippers is on average between 15-20% from ebay sales which is about 60% of sales
Little effort is needed to run the site apart from the general changing of prices for sales promotion etc there is only emailing the drop shipper to place the order.

Revenue
The following revenue has been achieved with limited advertising to a signature link.

Total sales is £4291 ($8096)
Average revenue per month is £330 ($622)
Average profit per month £87.45 ($165)

Potential
-The site has amazing potential with the right formula for advertising sales could increase dramatically.
-Also a forum can be added to the site to create an online hub for extreme sports enthusiast, this connected to the online store will see an increase in sales, as well as building up a strong brand.
-Content articles and reviews for the poduct or about the internation extreme sports scene can be added to increase traffic and combined with adsense and could bring in extra income.
-Purchasing adwords will also increase traffic and sales
-All of these simple features could easily increase sales into the £XXXXX.00 figures

UK/euro/US taxes (do you deal with them, are they an open issue to a US or central European firm)?

UK/cont. euro/US shipping costs? Is it feasible to send from your supplier to the US?

I bought is (sic it) a few weeks == you just bought it? Can you tell us more about the drop shipping? The phone or email volume?

im not 100% sure about the taxes, but i know the previous owner never paid any and i don think you have to pay any till you make a certain amount think it about £4000.

shipping to USA does cost more and depends on the weight and size, some of the product are small likes wheels and other are large like buggies, so it can be fiasble for smaller items but not so much for the largers ones.

Did you just buy the domain recently? Why was the previous seller desperate to get rid of it for only $25 less than a month ago?

 

yes i bought this site a few weeks back, he needed the money and wanted a quick sale i bought the whole site of of him, he was desperate to get rid of because he wanted to get rif of it quickly and didnt have time to wait until it sold for its true value.
