    I have an internet marketing blog that I would like to sell. It has a premium theme (I have a developer's license) that has been heavily customized and it is absolutely gorgeous.

    The content is 100% unique. I wrote all of it myself. It is extremely new, just developed in the last month. It has already received a little traffic, but not a lot. It's only a few weeks old.

    It has not had any revenue. The price I am asking covers the price of the domain, design, and unique content only. I just don't have the time to maintain it.

    If the price reaches the BIN, I will install the blog on the buyer's server for free!
