It was announced yesterday in an SEC filing

Apparently Google stated in the filing that the it's YouTube purchase has made it a party to the laswsuit.

As per the fiiling and MediaPosts Wendy Davis reported,

Both MediaPost and the Associated Press have asked Google whom the suit is brought by but Google refuses to answer..

Somewhere somehow Google seems to have forgotten the fact that court documents are matters of public record so there should be a name released very soon!

It was only a matter of time before it happened but that was quick....All those dollars Google makes are a lawyers dream it seems!
