    1. Content has to be unique
    2. Title tag contains your main keywords
    3. H1 Tag contains your main keywords (remember only use once in each page)
    4. Use H2 tags, one or two of them will contains your main keywords
    5. The keywords should appear a few times in the actual content.

    I have seen pages which use the above method but then it makes the contents become nonsense. I think it is not really a good idea becuase at the end of the date you are doing SEO in order to attract real visitors.
