I'm not sure why you would be in trouble. "Googlol" sounds amusing

 

because im thinking of making a site that posts funny and amusing things from Google.
like the funny google suggestions.

Why would you be in a big trouble?

 

You could certainly have trademark infringement issues - especially if you use the domain to post content related to "google" on it - and you would increase the chances of problems by monetizing the site (placing ads etc).
