Google's tool goo.gl/d1UNX is very impotent for the SEO. This tool ( goo.gl ) very use full for the URL shearing and tweeting. Suggest me some other tools and technique that help is SEO.

There is no tool. You have just putted a link which has relation with Google's tool. You are manipulating users of the forum.

You can try SEO Elite if you want. As I know it is also a good SEO tool.

Impotent? You mean important? Goo.gl doesn't help in SEO.

Google is most useful for SEO, Google has just released its browser chrome, this browser is very fast, especially on Google's website. It has some of the existing browser some of the best features. Like Opera speed dial feature, which will capture the 9 most visited sites, and provides a snapshot of these sites. Users can click on it to open the site. Another interesting feature is associated with the browser directly, like Amazon and eBay a few sites.

Why not use webmaster tools? They work great.

I cannot possibly see how Google's URL shortening tool can be of any use in SEO and it is a generated name with no relavence to keywords. You would be better off using something like bit.ly where you can actually customise the short url to give it a meaningful name that can used for SEO purposes

That's a good SEO tool but he is just here to promote his site. Thus the redirect.
