    now every publisher complaining about CPC drop, including Youtube publishers and Googles Partner Sites publishers, but i did not heard from Advertisers that their Cost Per Click also dropped, last year i had about 1 - 1.50 dollars with clicks from USA, right now it is 0.15 dollars ! it is not only me, everyone has CPC drop except advertisers, that means that google takes not 30 percent but about 80 percent from clicks !!!

    i don't care about Google's TOS because they are scammers too, it is not only about me, all legit publishers complaining about CPC drop, if you are doing Adsense that means your CPC also dropped, it is common problem

    You missed the bit that most of the clicks paid for are on the Google serps page and NOT publisher sites.

    CPC for many of the keywords I pay for have gone down!

    But I don't think that there is any effect on my earning.

    What I think we should be legit, we should use AdSense on Original content.

    We need to find high CPC keyword related to our niche.
    We need to test every placement
    We need to give a clear navigation path to our visitors

    Your share is 67%, unless you have a special rate. Ad revenue is not guaranteed, it is normal to go up and down constantly based on many variables.

    If they were stealing revenue, they would have been caught out by now and would be out of business. They wouldn't risk a multiple billion dollar company over a few cents from your account ;).
