http://www.google.com/patents?id=X6Z6AAAAEBAJ Is that it? I read a bit of it and it seems to contain some pretty useful information. I doubt they have stuck with that algorithm though.
I think the reply was meant to be sarcastic, as in it makes no sense If you have no programming experience then it would seem to make no sense I do not think it matters if you had the algorithm for pagerank or for indexing, none of it would matter because it would probably change next week At the end of the day, Google is a mystery and always will be!
Yes I mentioned that in my first post. But it is useful for people who want to build their own codes, or study Googles patterns, etc.
This is a one valuable find Thank you for sharing. Guys it is not in Arabic and you can see the drawings here: http://www.google.com/patents?id=X6Z6AAAAEBAJ&pg=PA3&source=gbs_selected_pages&cad=1_1#PPA1,M1 The drawings summarizes the patent.
that was iteration for page crawler. I didn't found the exact algorithm for Compute_PageRank() function ... only found this one... R(u) = pagerank.... its almost looks like this one: http://www.markhorrell.com/seo/pagerank.html
It’s just a research paper submitted by a researcher and it does not necessarily represent the actual search engine algo currently used by google. Maybe it’s a model close to or resemble but I doubt it’s the actual one
Anyway, many thanks for your link. It is the first time I have read something about their patent documents. I am familar in program and code but we could have a reference.
That's not google's patent this is google's patent http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-...50&s1=6285999.PN.&OS=PN/6285999&RS=PN/6285999
