    You don't mean page rank do you? You mean on the 1st page of serps.
    Then yes, yes, as there are a couple of billion searches a day on Google, it can really bring traffic.

    by page rank i'm assuming you mean page ranking, not Google Page Rank (PR).

    page ranking in Google is very heavily influenced by the number of backlinks you have, but there are also a number of important on page factors too, such as title tag, heading tag, and general content.
