    It is important that he knows what is the "question"? PR Updation is always a question in the most of the webmaster forum. "Based on the Page Rank Export List History Table, there has not been a Toolbar PR export for 148 days. And the estimated page rank update is by August.

    the last PR update was on the 28th April so if Google sticks to it's 3 monthly formula then it will be around the 30th of July, but Google is often late with these

    the last one was 28th April, if google uses the same 3 monthly update process as usual then it should be on or around the 30th July
