    Seems we get alot of false alarms about PR updates

    This weekend there's been one of the now traditional algo shifts. Last saturday to sunday midnight, and same again this weekend.

    They're probably circulating algos to test which is better(better = sells more adwords) a week at a time.

    It is said to be around every 3 months, although I don't believe this was ever said by Google.

    No, it won't work. The Toolbar PR, after the update will be the one your site had about 3 to 4 weeks before the update.

    May be a glicth.. shows N/A on my toolbar, also when going here

    These things can happen sometimes.
    All the best though for when PR toolbar export does finally update.
