Google's Page Rank Discussion Thread

I am hoping to add a pr2/3 to about 30 sites currently at zero , plus a small uplift on the 15 pr3's I have and maybe a PR5 or two... If I am very lucky my PR5 might go to a PR6 as well... Time will tell..

 

Do you work for Google?

An update is due but it could happen anytime.

My websites are ranking well and traffic is good.

I’m not too worried about PR. However, I will be delighted if some PR returns to an old PR5 site that had it removed.

Nah, just kidding, we can't control what other people wants and feelings. Just let them be. I am sure even Shawn does not want to do anything on this. Its their passion. Why should we block it just because we have different views

No change here, I think false alarm.

 

I am not expecting any change for my PR 2 blog... as I have not worked on it... for a long time!

Hopefully this update will bring my PR back, it was 2 then went to 0, after i removed the www and set up a 301 redirect. Assuming that's what happened Hopefully this one will be better.

 

PR is overated! It is good for site flipping and selling links.

I quit checking my sites PR a few years ago. A well optimized site with a few good back links will make PR look like a joke.

 

I am hoping at least PR 1 but my site is not that old.

 

Yeah, many experts believed the next Google PR Update would be sometime in March, but it looks like it may be in April, now. I have a crap load of sites but the only one I care about right now is my internet marketing blog. It's a PR 2 now and hopefully I'll get at least a jump up to PR3.

I just started doing some major High Authority backlink building to it last month, so it may not count for PR increase until next update. But I'm seeing the link juice already helping me out in the serp's.
