Google's Page Rank Discussion Thread

None here. I have some sites that rank ok with little to no PR so maybe pr is out.

 

my two websites update pr form 1 to 3.

the backlinks is very useful.

 

when 31/12/2009, my website didn't get any PR, PR=0 and backlinks=0
But when 4/12/2010, the PR =1 and get 29 backlinks.
So suddenly, so amazing!!!

 

how it come?

 

It's not amazing. Mine got PR 3 in just a week

 

Google've updated PR, lol

 

congratulation for your achievement.
It will happen when your website got some backlinks. you just need to wait for google to find those links.

I Get PR Update in my 3 sites which gain 2 PR. but my other one site still remain the same with 4 PR. so overall it's good for me in this PR Update i get good result for my sites.

 

my sites remains at PR2 and PR3 also PR4 just 1 sites for each
3 site are going down to 0 PR

 

My green site, started in 2006, has crept up to a PR4 at long last but a business site I've been working on since 2000 has finally gone from being PR5 for most of its life to a PR6. It makes me smile, though if there are any tangible benefits to come from this PR6 only time will tell.

 

Hi friends.

I hope someone can shed some light on my "problem". A month or so ago, I was ranked in the top 5 in Google when searching specific terms and on page 4 for other terms and I was PR4 back then.

I then did some homework, adding some internal links with these keywords and so on but now, I am close to be out of the top 10 for the first set of terms and on page 10 for the second.

But .... my PR rank went up to 5.

How is this possible? Or better, what did I do wrong in terms of google results?

 

My new webhosting site. Only a 2 weeks old and has a PR3 !

 

Google is again showing n/a for all the websites/blogs when i am checking it using SEOToolbar ...

I just recently received a PR updated after the first of the year, 2010.

 

I have a website that was page rank 3 for about a year. 3 month ago it dropped to pagerank 2. Now it dropped again to pagerank 1.
About 4 month ago i traded alot of new links, I don't really understand why I should be punished for that?

The website however is rarely updated due to limited time the last year.
Did they possibly change the importance of this the last few PR updates?
