Google's Page Rank Discussion Thread

Most of my sites got +1 PR .. One went from 0 to 3 and another went down to 3 from 4...

 

google oh google..the update give me bad and good news..
anyway, not too bad at all..

im not happy!! ive been trying hard as to SEo my site gather backlinks, all i get is a spit in the face with a PR 0

 

Mine remains at 1. It was a 3 at one point...

 

I feel gaining more than 50 links a month can set up red flags for google ... In a new site where I had only around 50 links it went to PR3, whereas in a 6 months old site where I had 2000+ links , it is still PR0 ...

 

its new year gift from google., almost every people i think get new high page rank.


and i have some of my web is stabil

Some of my sites still has the same PR, only small of them are going up or down.

Got any reference to back up your statement?

One of my blogs went from PR3 to PR5. I'm happy with this update as well.

 

I get Pr 3 for new website(2 month) I very happy with this site lol

 

Some of my pr4 blog become pr3

 

No major changes for me

 

Ya google has been updated pr but i got nothing.

 

if i was google, i would be laughing. they make like almost everyone just go insane!!

 

My directory site has jumped from PR0 to PR3 and is pretty new - over the moon with that.

i got PR0 directly from PR4

i dont know why ... because i am doing everything means regular posting bookmarking....submission and all other things also ....

 

2 of my signature site jump from 0 to 3 and 1 jump from 0 to 2. I continue optimize the sites on last 2 month.

 

I got thumb from google on this pr update. I read that, "The links on your website are touch points between your website and Google’s crawling and indexing spiders. Much like cars not all websites are the same, not all websites have the “horsepower” to take advantage of tactics like nofollow and pagerank sculpting. The key is figuring out if you are closer to the Ford Gremlin or the Ferarri and adjusting your strategy accordingly". Is it true?

 

I think your site might have been on and off or you had internal errors in your directory thats why you came down. the same happened with one of my directory it only got PR2 and i had very strong pr6 pr5 pr4 and so on backlinks. now i have come to know that at least one month before google PR update one has to be ready with 100% ready website... New google Spider is programmed to have at least one month index track record in mind...

 

I hate this. My two sites dropped from pr 3 to pr 2 and one jumped from pr 2 to pr3.
At least there was no changes on other...
Not really good start of new year.
